In the recent decades there has been a lot of research that translates what the ancients were saying poetically and metaphorically into the modern scientific language. Especially so in the quantum physics arena. Both languages might be too complicated, and the information often seems to be unrelated to our every day lives. In this workshop we have to put these abstract principles into practice to achieve our goals.
Not only it is as above, so below but also vice versa. In order to get into the program on the computer you need functioning hardware. Just as we couldn’t stream HD videos in the early days of the world wide web due to bandwidth limitations, we cannot ask our bodies to support us in this work without “upgrading” our lifestyle. If our systems are spending most of the energy and resources on trying to get rid of toxins, or combat constant chemical. electro-magnetic or emotional stress, they won’t have enough left to support your goals and dreams. Physical survival is the first priority for the body, only then you can focus on thriving. It’s very simple, no body - no chance of thriving (at least this time around).
So at this time, it is recommended that you become more mindful of your lifestyle and diet. Ideally, we would cut down on animal foods (fish oil doesn’t count), fried and packaged food, sugar, table salt, and recreational toxins (e. g. alcohol), and the closer we get to the winter solstice, the more important it is. Caffeine and other stimulants will also interfere with our ability to go into deep meditation. Some of you may already have a very clean diet, consisting of organic foods, filtered water, and non-toxic cookware, others may want to speed up the process by doing a cleanse and by adding other healing modalities into the mix:
Acupuncture (closer to the winter solstice I recommend getting Esoteric Acupuncture in addition to what you are usually focusing on)
Massage (can also perform acupressure on some of the most important acupuncture points on yourself.)
Qi Gong (especially 5 Element Qi Gong with a focus on Kidneys and other elements that are imbalanced in your person, as determined by an acupuncturist or Bazi astrology chart.)
Yoga (my best recommendation is Hatha yoga as taught by Sadhguru’s ISHA foundation instructors; Iyengar or Anusara, which focus on proper alignment)
Salt therapy (salt helps to detox lungs and, by extension, skin. We use the breath to get into meditation, so it’s essential to strengthen and purify our lungs if needed)
Lastly, but most importantly, breathwork! If you have time to read or listen to Breath on Audible, there hasn’t been such a book on the breath to my knowledge, and it is full of all the explanations and inspiration we need. You can follow this guided breathwork recording to make it easier to put into practice.
