Esoterra Wellness Collective.

We are a community of wellness professionals who have high standards and integrity, and care deeply about others and our Mother Earth. We have space for more like-minded practitioners to use our eco-sanctuary on full or part-time basis.

The space includes 5 treatment rooms, a salt cave, an infrared booth, and “The Transformation Lab” - studio for movement, meditation, classes and workshops, etc.

Treatment rooms.

We are leasing generously sized treatment rooms ranging from 8’ X 10’ to 10’ X 14’ in sizes, and window options. Use is suitable for massage, acupuncture, nutrition counseling, PT, reiki, chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, psychotherapy, and other wellness professions.

The units are accessibly located in an elevator office building in midtown. And they are housed in a luxuriously peaceful setting of natural wood and foliage about.

It is a loft, transformed into an eco-friendly spa, and is replete with conveniences afforded by the following suite of amenities:

The Transformation Lab.

A ~300 sq. ft. studio, we lovingly call the Transformation Lounge, is available for a 6-12 month sublet.

The space boasts of natural light thanks to its Southern exposure, making it easy to maintain all of its green foliage in the center of Midtown. It is perfect for anyone working with 1 to 4 people (following social distancing guidelines) or for creating content in a beautiful professional setting. Suitable for yoga or meditation instructors, personal trainers, chiropractors, dance or fitness instructors, wellness media production.
